Build your real estate career with the right team behind you. Training, mentorship, marketing support and real opportunities to grow.
Whether you are considering a career in real estate or you are an experienced agent looking for a different environment, The DeVito Team welcomes conversations with motivated people who want to build their careers in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens and Brooklyn. We provide resources, guidance and chances to collaborate; we look for agents who take ownership of their work and want to keep improving.
Start a conversationReal estate is an independent profession, but that does not mean you have to face every challenge alone. The team offers a collaborative environment with access to professional guidance and resources that help agents develop their skills and manage their business.
Real estate is much more than showing homes. Agents need to understand contracts, negotiations, property condition, financing, market conditions and the duties they owe their clients. Our training builds practical knowledge and the ability to handle real transactions with more confidence.
Questions come up throughout a transaction. Access to experienced professionals helps agents understand their options, spot problems early and decide the right next step. The emphasis is learning through guidance, preparation and real experience, not constant supervision.
Team members may have opportunities to work with prospective buyers and sellers through team-generated inquiries and other business development.
Opportunities depend on business activity, availability, qualifications and team needs. Leads and transaction volume are not guaranteed.
A real estate business needs visibility, communication and consistent follow-through. Team members can draw on marketing resources and support that complement their own business development.
Transactions involve many deadlines, documents and people. The team offers transaction help and guidance so agents stay organized, communicate well and carry a deal from the first consultation through closing.
Commission structures are discussed individually, taking into account experience, responsibilities and the nature of the working relationship. Specific arrangements are reviewed during the recruiting process.
We welcome inquiries from both newly licensed and experienced real estate professionals, and from people working toward their license. We are particularly interested in people who are:
We are building a team of professionals, not a system that needs constant hand-holding. Support and guidance are there, but every agent is expected to take responsibility for their own development, follow-through and professional obligations.
If you are exploring real estate as a career, or have recently earned your New York salesperson license, we would like to hear about your goals. You do not need years of transactions to start a conversation. What matters is your willingness to learn, your work ethic and your initiative.
If you are a licensed agent interested in growing your business within a team, we would welcome a conversation about whether our structure fits your goals: more marketing resources, people to collaborate with, transaction help, or a different approach to building your business. Experienced agents bring established skills, relationships and working styles; the goal is to see whether there is a productive fit for both sides.

Getting licensed is only the beginning. A real estate career also means learning your market, understanding your professional obligations, building relationships and learning how to guide clients through a transaction.

Our approach combines independent responsibility with access to team resources and professional guidance. We value people who ask thoughtful questions, follow through on commitments, communicate clearly and keep improving their knowledge.
Agents should be ready to take the initiative in prospecting, client communication, learning and managing their responsibilities. The team is a place to ask for help, exchange ideas and share resources, without expecting someone else to run every part of your business.
