Joseph DeVito is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and real estate attorney with Keller Williams Realty Greater Nassau — one of the very few professionals on Long Island who holds both qualifications simultaneously. With more than 5,000 closed transactions across Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn — combined across his brokerage and attorney work — Joseph has navigated virtually every scenario the Long Island real estate market produces — competitive bidding wars, estate and probate sales, divorce-related transactions, title complications, and first-time buyer purchases in markets that feel nearly impossible.
For more than a decade Joseph has also been renovating and flipping homes — hands-on with layout, condition and cost, and living through the timelines and the surprises. That work brought extensive experience with foreclosures, REO (bank-owned) properties and distressed sales. It is why he walks a house with a renovator's eye: he can show a buyer where to look closely, and tell a seller which repairs actually change the number.
